Yoga For Runners

Mondays starting October 5th at 7pm-8pm at Frontrunners. Yoga for Runners will focus on hips and hamstrings as well as key muscle groups in the body.

This class is an all levels class and welcomes anyone who is willing to learn. Runners will notice a difference in their flexibility, recovery rates, speed and balance if a yoga practice is added to their training routine.

Mondays 7-8pm $5 a class, please bring a mat. Dress in layers.

Dominique Sullivan has been working in the fitness industry since 2003 and is a BCRPA registered personal trainer, group fitness instructor and yoga specialist.
